Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every account starts with 500MB of free storage and unlimited events. No credit card required.
Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

Your guests keep uploading — we never turn them away mid-event. Anything past your plan's storage is still received and stored safely, it just arrives locked: you can see that it's there but not view or download it until you upgrade. The moment you upgrade, every locked file unlocks, oldest first, and nothing is ever deleted. We keep accepting uploads for 10GB past your plan limit, which covers even a very busy wedding.
Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?

Yes. Stripe issues a receipt for every payment, and invoices are available from your billing portal.
